How can I get my proof of No claim discount?

• You can use our renewal invitation as your proof of No claim discount (NCD) if you're planning to move to another insurer.
• Once you've cancelled your policy or your policy has lapsed, you'll be able to download a copy of your NCD via My account (opens in a new window) like in the screenshot below.
• We'll also send a copy to your registered email address.

• We can't send your No claim discount proof out if your policy is still currently active. You'll need to cancel your existing policy or your renewal to get a copy of your proof of NCD.
