How can I change my automatic renewal preference?

Some people forget to renew their home insurance which means they may accidentally be without cover. To help our customers avoid this problem, we give them the option of buying our home insurance policy on an automatic renewal basis. This means that if your personal details haven’t changed and you DO want your policy to renew, then you don’t need to do anything.

You can change your automatic renewal preference by:

  • Logging into your My Account
  • Simply scroll down to the "My policies section"
  • Find the policy you wish to update and choose "Change policy"
  • Select "Change automatic renewal"
