If I decide not to renew my policy, what do I need to do?

You can find your expiry date in the My policies section of your My account or on your home policy schedule. We'll send you a renewal e-mail 28 days before your renewal date. The renewal will also be available in My account.

If your policy is set to automatically renew, we'll renew it on the day your current policy is due to expire, unless you cancel your renewal. You can cancel your renewal by logging into My account, and then click on the "Cancel renewal" link.

If your policy isn't set to automatically renew, then you don't need to do anything. We'll cancel your policy automatically at the expiry day unless you renew it before that. We'll send you a final reminder a day before the expiry date to check that you've alternative cover in place.
