I don't want to renew my policy

We're sorry to hear that you don't want to renew with us this year.

Your next steps depend on whether your policy is due to automatically renew or not. You'll be able to double check this in your renewal invitation, which we send out 28 days prior to your renewal date.

Non automatic renewal customers

You can see if your policy is due to automatically renew or not by checking your renewal invitation email.

You don't have to do anything. Your policy will expire at 23:59 the day before your renewal date.

Once your policy expires, we'll send your proof of No claim discount (NCD) via email and we'll also make this available to download in the Documents section of your My account.

Automatic renewal customers

You can see if your policy is due to automatically renew or not by checking your renewal invitation email.

  • You will need to cancel your renewal before your renewal date.
  • During the 28 day renewal window, log into your My account (opens in a new window).
  • Select the link to Cancel renewal, as shown in the screenshot below.
  • We'll send your No claim discount (NCD) by email once you've cancelled, and you'll be able to download a copy in your My account.
