If we've recently sent you a refund, there are a few things to bear in mind:
- Your refund will have been sent to the card/account originally used to make your payment.
- Any refunds can take up to 5 working days to clear with your bank.
- We can't send a refund to a new card or using a new payment method.
If the card/account you used originally to make payment is no longer active, please contact your bank for further advice.
