What changes can I not make online?

At Quotemehappy.com, you can make most changes yourself online easily. However, there are some exceptions.

You will have to e-mail us if you want to change:

• Policyholder's or additional drivers' dates of birth
• Increase No claim discount (you can reduce this in My account)
• Remove convictions (you can add these in My account)
• Remove claim (you can add a claim via My account)

Note, an administration charge of £12 (plus Insurance Premium Tax at the appropriate rate where applicable) may apply when changes are made to your policy either yourself via My account or by our customer service team.
