How do I update my contact information?

• Log into your My account (opens in a new window).
• Select the "My details" tab at the top of the page.
• Update any of your contact details as required.

Remember, as an online only insurer we send all correspondence by email - so make sure you provide us with a valid email address. We also send notifications by text message so we'll need your current mobile number.
