How do I add a claim or conviction?

  • Log in to your My account (opens in a new window).
  • Scroll down to "My policies" section.
  • Find the car insurance policy you wish to change and select "Change policy".
  • On the next page make sure you enter the date you want the change to take place.
  • Then choose "Change driver" and select the driver details you need to update with the claim or conviction.

If you've had a claim/conviction since the policy start date you don't need to add this on until your renewal.

Once you receive your renewal invitation you will need to add on the claim/conviction by following the steps below to amend your renewal:

  • Log into your My account (opens in a new window).
  • In "Notification" section click on the "Amend and renew" link.

Please note that any changes to your policy may affect your premium.
