Your device should remain firmly attached to your car at all times. If you change your car, your device should be removed before you sell it and re-attached to your new car within seven days of your change effective date. It's important for your device to be re-attached immediately to avoid any gaps in recording trips which could result in your policy being cancelled. If your insurance is cancelled or you decide not to renew with us, your device should be removed on your last day of cover by twisting the device away from the windscreen and recycled at your local household recycling centre.
