Why isn't my trip appearing in the App?

A trip may not appear in your app if;

Your smartphone wasn’t in the car for that trip;
Your phone's software is not up to date;
Your app tracking permissions weren't enabled;
Your Bluetooth wasn't enabled; or
Or there is a battery issue with the device.

If you see the occasional trip not showing in the app - don't worry. However, if this happens more often and none of these apply, please contact us for assistance.
