You’ve collected a payment after my policy’s been cancelled

We’re sorry that a payment has been collected after you’ve cancelled your policy.

When you cancel your policy we may be in the process of applying for a payment already. This might mean that we process a payment within 5 working days of your cancellation date.

We’ve already factored this collection into your refund amount, so you’ve not been overcharged.

You can review the details of any transactions related to your policy by logging into your My account and checking the Statement section.
