If you’ve received your third reminder to submit your proof of No claim discount (NCD) and you’ve still not got your proof, we can provide you with up to a week’s extension to your deadline for submission.
You can do this yourself in your My account by following the steps below:
If you’re eligible for a deadline extension we’ll let you know your new deadline date and we’ll drop you an email to confirm that we’ve applied the extension to your policy.
Please note that this extension to your deadline can only be applied once.
