Why are my trips not being recorded?

If your trips are not recording as expected, we recommend checking the following mobile phone settings:

  • Is your battery charged above 15%?
  • Is battery optimisation enabled?
  • Are you logged into the app?
  • Are your in-app tracking permissions enabled?
  • Has the phone got a mobile data connection or access to Wifi?
  • Is your smartphone connected to the device?
  • Was the trip shorter than 500 metres?
  • Is your phone storage full?
  • Do you have other apps running that are process-intensive? You should be able to check your app settings to get this information.
  • Have you tried turning the phone on and off to reset the operating system?
