What changes can I make online?

You can use My account to change most of your details - this is free and easy.

You can make the following changes online via your MyAccount:

View your quotes
Edit Contents
Edit property details (apart from property address)
View your claims
View your policy documents
View your account statement
Edit your personal details
Add a joint policyholder
Edit cover/add cover options
Edit payment details
Cancel your policy
There are a few changes you can't do online, though. Please email us at team@quotemehappy.com if you want to change:

change policyholder's or additional policyholders' dates of birth
change No Claim Discount
remove claims (you can add a claim via My account)
edit property addresses * remove a joint policyholder
We reserve the right to apply an administration charge of up to £30 (subject to Insurance Premium Tax where applicable) for any adjustments you ask us to make to your policy, other than those mentioned above
