What changes can I make online?

You can use My account to change most of your details - this is free and easy.

You can make the following changes online:

  • View your quotes
  • Edit Contents
  • Edit property details
  • Change your address
  • View your claims
  • View your policy documents
  • View your account statement
  • Edit your personal details
  • Add a joint policyholder
  • Edit cover/add cover options
  • Edit payment details
  • Cancel your policy

There are a few changes you can't do online, though. Please contact us here if you want to:

  • Change policyholder's or additional policyholder's dates of birth
  • Change No claim discount
  • Remove claims (you can add a claim via My account)
  • Remove a joint policyholder

We reserve the right to apply an administration charge of up to £30 (plus Insurance Premium Tax at the appropriate rate where applicable) for any adjustments you ask us to make to your policy, other than those mentioned above.
