If you're having trouble logging into My account we can suggest a couple of things to try. How you do it depends on whether you've registered yet.
If you've already registered
If you've registered already, just go to the 'Log in to My account' section and fill in your email address and the password you used when you registered. If you've forgotten your password, just click on the 'Trouble signing in?' option and answer a few security questions before you can reset it.
If you haven't registered yet
Just go to the My account page and fill in your details in the 'Create account' section. You'll need your policy number, surname, date of birth and post code. Then we'll send you a password you can use to log in whenever you like.
