How do I log into My account?

  • Click on My account in the top right hand corner of this screen
  • Enter your registered email address as your username - this will be the email address you used when setting up your policy
  • Enter your password

I've forgotten my password

To reset your password, just follow the steps below:

  • Click on the link, "Trouble signing in?"
  • Click on "I don't know my password"
  • Enter the account holder's email address and date of birth

If the details provided match an account, we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.

  • Click on the "Reset my password" link
  • Set a new password

If you don’t receive the email please contact us.

Please note you will only be able to request to reset your password once within a 15 minute period.

I've forgotten my username

To retrieve your username, just follow the steps below:

  • Click on the link, "Trouble signing in?"
  • Click on "I don't know my username"
  • Fill in your details and we'll email your username within 10 minutes

My account is locked

To unlock your account, just follow the steps below:

  • Click on the link, "Trouble signing in?"
  • Click on "My account is locked"
  • Enter the account holder's email address and date of birth

If the details provided match an account, we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.

  • Click on the "Reset my password" link
  • Set a new password

If you don’t receive the email please contact us.

Please note you will only be able to request to unlock your account once within a 15 minute period.
