How do I pay for my renewal?

If your policy is set to auto-renewal, then we'll renew your policy at your policy expiry date using the payment details that you used to purchase your policy. However, if you don't want to use the same payment details, you can change them in My account. You can choose to pay monthly by Direct Debit or yearly by credit or debit card.

If you switch from paying yearly to paying monthly, we'll ask you to pay a 2 month deposit followed by 10 instalments.If you continue to pay monthly, your payments will be split over 12 instalments.

If you pay yearly, you can pay by credit or debit card. We accept Visa Electron, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard Credit or MasterCard Debit.

If you pay monthly, you must make regular monthly payments as per the terms of your credit agreement.

Please note that once you've selected your payment frequency, you won't be able to change it until the policy is up for its next renewal.
