How can we help you?

How can I check if my policy is on auto-renewal?

Some people forget to renew their home insurance on time which means they may accidentally be without cover. To help our customers avoid this problem, we give them the option of buying our home insurance policies on an auto-renewal basis. This means that if your personal details haven't changed, you don't need to do anything. We'll automatically charge you for your premium at your next renewal date. If you pay by instalments, we'll also take the next monthly instalment at this time.

If you're paying monthly by Direct Debit or yearly by Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Maestro Debit or Maestro Credit, then your policy is on auto renewal.

However, if you paid yearly by Visa Electron or Maestro, your policy isn't on auto-renewal. Please make sure you log into My account to renew your policy before the expiry date.

If your policy is on auto-renewal and you don't want to renew your home insurance, please log into My account and cancel your renewal.
