Will you still be able to transfer and receive data from the EU post Brexit?

On 13th September, the UK government issued guidance that indicates data transfers between the UK and EU will be recognised as being legal immediately after Brexit. To date, the EU has not clarified its position on data transfers from the Union to the UK. However, Aviva is working hard to ensure adequate legal arrangements are in place to provide the service our customers expect whatever the Brexit outcome.
