Where's my refund?

If we've recently sent you a refund, there are a few things to bear in mind:

  • Your refund will have been sent to the card/account originally used to make your payment.
  • Any refunds can take up to 5 working days to clear with your bank.
  • We can't send a refund to a new card or using a new payment method.

If the card/account you used originally to make payment is no longer active, please contact your bank for further advice.

If you have cancelled your policy within 3 working days of your normal monthly payment date, your refund will be delayed. Direct Debits can take up to 5 working days to process, we will then release any refunds due after this time.
