Can I change my current policy after I've received my renewal invite?

  • Yes, you can still make changes to your current policy after we've invited you to renew.

    The steps to follow:
  • Log in to your My account.
  • Scroll down to "My policies" section.
  • Find the car insurance policy you wish to change and select "Change policy".
  • On the next page, make sure you enter the date you want the change to take place.
  • Then choose from the different links depending on what it is you want to change.
    • Remember, as we calculate your renewal premium on the current details we hold for you, any changes made may affect your renewal premium. We will send you a revised renewal invite once you have confirmed your changes.
