The app is a requirement of your Quotemehappy Connect car insurance. Checking the app regularly keeps you in touch with your driver rating and provides you personalised feedback on how you can develop safer driving habits. This App is separate to our MyAccount App which allows you to access you policy documents and make any changes to your policy.
Without the app being downloaded to your smartphone and the phone being present in your car when you drive, we won't be able to identify and record trips. We'll send you alerts and reminders if we identify that you haven't registered in the app or trips are not being recorded. If you fail to download or re-install the app we reserve the right to cancel your policy. This may affect your ability to purchase insurance in the future.
